Evaluation/RatingI developed an image classification model to accurately identify different kinds of solid waste (glass, paper, plastic, and wood). I gathered data from primary and secondary sources, cleaned the data, and separated the data into training and validation sets. After multiple model refinements and reinforcement learning I was able to achieve an accuracy of 70% on the model. I also worked on an AI project to help to detect the severity of an accident before it occurs. During this project, I used supervised learning to train my ML model to be able to predict the outcome of an accident given the necessary parameters.
ImageClassificationThe project involved designing a ML model that can accurately predict the waste category of an object for effective waste management. I labelled the test data appropriately to help the model learn while maintaining an appropriate proportioning of the validation data set to avoid underfitting.
