The remaining demonstrated bones are normal in articulations and outlines with mild subarticular reduction in bone densities. Sclerosis of the talar dome is noted.. The tibia plafond is intact. Narrowing of the ankle joint space with widening of the tibio-fibula syndesmosis is noted. Mild overlying soft tissue swelling is also noted.
