We can deploy 100 trained annotators on demand, with access to infrastructure supporting 500+ concurrent workers in Lagos, and 24/7 shift coordination. Our leadership team boasts over 40 years of combined experience across fintech, banking, insurance, logistics, and technology, supported by two US-based advisors with senior backgrounds at IBM, Deloitte, and Pfizer. Quality is embedded throughout the delivery process: dedicated QA reviewers, inter-annotator agreement tracking, gold-standard seeding, 24-hour error feedback, and a 95% accuracy target. All annotators sign project-specific NDAs. Staff are trained on data classification, acceptable use, and breach reporting before any project begins.

Valueklip operates a security and privacy framework covering personnel confidentiality, data governance, cybersecurity, and physical facility security. Employee Confidentiality and Data Handling: All staff sign project-specific NDAs before accessing client data. Confidentiality obligations are enforced at the project level and remain in force after project completion. Staff complete data privacy training covering classification protocols, acceptable use, and breach reporting before production begins. Data access is granted on a need-to-know basis and revoked upon project completion or role change. Data Governance: We deploy talent facility-based or remotely, depending on client requirements. Facility deployments use a dedicated workspace in Lagos, Nigeria. Remote annotators work from their own devices. The same NDA obligations and acceptable use policies apply in both configurations. Client data is transmitted through encrypted channels and deleted or returned upon completion. Audits and Compliance: Internal compliance reviews are conducted per project and across active operations. Quality events are logged and available for client review. We do not currently hold ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, or HIPAA certification, and we are transparent about our compliance posture. Cybersecurity: Role-based access controls, strong credential management, and restrictions on unauthorised software apply across all deployments. Clients are notified within 24 hours of any confirmed breach, and a written incident report is provided within 72 hours. Physical Security: Facility deployments operate under access controls governed by our facility partners. Remote annotators are required to work in private environments and secure their devices when not in use.
