RLHFAs Co-Founder and CEO of AfterQuery, I led a large-scale network of domain experts to generate high-quality training data for AI models. I designed and oversaw custom validation systems to ensure the labeled data was both challenging and learnable, directly supporting post-training, fine-tuning, and RLHF pipelines. Our work supplied every major AI lab with datasets that improved model performance on industry benchmarks. • Directed a team of 100,000+ domain-specific annotators across finance, law, and software. • Managed quality assurance and established 'Goldilocks' criteria for data selection. • Delivered datasets for post-training, fine-tuning, and RLHF for cutting-edge AI models. • Produced measurable improvement in model performance on benchmarks like FinanceQA and IDE-Bench.
