Research & Field Trials (Varietal testing, agronomic evaluation, and structured field data collection) at Ajayi Crowther University (ACU)
Supervised agricultural research variety testing by collecting field and agronomic evaluation data for soybean and maize genotypes under drought and pest-related stress conditions. These activities required organizing observations, recording measurements, and translating experimental outcomes into evaluation-ready datasets. The work functioned as structured data capture and quality-oriented field measurement aligned to downstream analysis needs. • Planned and supervised ACU–IITA soybean variety testing (2024–2025), including planting, data collection, and agronomic evaluation. • Collected agronomic assessment data for fall armyworm-resistant and Pro-Vitamin A biofortified maize genotypes to support a seed product pipeline. • Managed research maize fields and supported multi-environment testing under drought stress conditions. • Performed digital record keeping and basic farm data analysis to maintain evaluation-ready documentation.
