Executed end-to-end single-cell and spatial genomics workflows that generate analyzable biological data, including spatial transcriptomics on FFPE and fresh-frozen tissues using instrument-driven assays. Performed primary data QC and assessment using Cell Ranger and Xenium Explorer, producing labeled/processed datasets suitable for downstream modeling. Trained students and staff on platform instrumentation, library preparation, and QC standards to ensure consistent generation of high-quality datasets. • Designed experiments for rare and limited samples. • Managed sequencing submissions, sample tracking, and documentation compliance via LIMS. • Troubleshot tissue-specific experimental challenges and improved workflow reproducibility. • Coordinated imaging, quality control, and sequencing logistics for core operations.
