I've spent the better part of a decade working in roles where getting the details right wasn't optional — verifying client data, maintaining records across multiple locations, and making sure teams followed the right processes consistently. That kind of work taught me to slow down, check twice, and flag anything that doesn't look right, which I think is exactly the mindset data labeling demands. Most recently I've been managing operations across seven counties in Kenya, overseeing teams and making sure our data and reporting met compliance standards. Before that I worked in customer-facing and financial analysis roles where capturing clean, accurate information was central to everything.
