Performed manual segmentation of perivascular spaces (PVS) on CSF-suppressed 3D MRI sequences to create quantitative whole-brain PVS volume maps. The work involved marking anatomical regions consistently across patient cohorts to support downstream analysis of spatial distribution and variability.
