Security Overview
ZeonHub follows practical security and confidentiality practices appropriate to a focused, lean team handling client data. All client data is treated as confidential by default, accessed only by team members directly assigned to a project, and never shared with third parties without written authorization. We use signed NDAs for all client engagements and project-specific access controls to ensure annotators only see the data relevant to their assigned task. Data is stored and processed using secure, access-controlled systems (cloud storage with authentication, encrypted connections for transfer), and we do not retain client datasets beyond the agreed project timeline unless explicitly required for ongoing work. Devices used for project work are password-protected, and we avoid using public or unsecured networks for handling client data. As a growing company, we do not yet hold formal certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II, but we are open to adopting client-specified security protocols, signing data processing agreements, and undergoing audits as required for specific engagements. We prioritize transparency with clients about our current security posture and are committed to scaling our compliance practices as our data annotation operations grow.
