I am a Radiologist with clinical experience of 15 years which has enabled me to help data labelling projects both as a labeller and a validator / reviewer . I have expertise in all kinds of annotation workflows and am adept at using a multitude of annotation platforms . I have experience with Bounding boxes, Polygons, adaptive brushes , polylines and all the tools needed to label medical images, videos and text . I have more than 5 yeras of experience in labelling medical data and have worked on all radiological modalities including USGs. XRays, CTs, PETCTs, IVUS, MRIs . I have worked on multiple use cases some of which include--nodules on Chest Xrays and chest CTs, vessel segmentation on CT and MRI, ABdominal organ and tumour localisations, Spine labelling on Xrays, CT and MRIs , Abdominal USGs, GI endoscopic images, IVUS to name a few and am confident in handling any radiological modality and use case. My extensive clinical experience paved the way for my work in medical data annotation and has helped me acquire finesse and expertise in handling medical training and validation datasets .
