E-commerce & Educational Content Annotation Project
This project involved annotating and categorizing product listings and digital content for an AI model used in e-commerce and educational platforms. Tasks included identifying product types, labeling user intent in product reviews and messages, tagging educational topics in articles, and classifying customer sentiment and emotion in text-based data. I handled both structured and unstructured data using platforms such as Scale AI and Appen. The project required high attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance checks. I consistently met weekly accuracy benchmarks and contributed to training reliable AI models for product recommendation, content filtering, and sentiment-based personalization.
