I am an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and over 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy. My work has involved supporting adults, adolescents, and children dealing with trauma, addiction, emotional dysregulation, neurodevelopmental concerns, and complex psychological difficulties. I am trained in evidence-based interventions including EMDR, CBT, DBT-informed approaches, and neurocognitive rehabilitation, with experience in psychodiagnostic assessment, case formulation, and multidisciplinary treatment planning alongside psychiatrists and other mental health professionals. In addition to clinical practice, I currently work as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology, where I teach and supervise postgraduate trainees in assessment, psychotherapy, research methodology, and ethical clinical practice. My academic and research background includes work focused on substance dependence, REBT-based interventions, and biopsychosocial case conceptualization, for which I received a Best Paper Award at an international conference.
