I have hands-on experience building and evaluating AI-adjacent product and data workflows, especially in AI outbound calling, API/data integration, CRM field mapping, data standardization, workflow configuration, and reporting. In my current role, I work on the product side of an overseas AI outbound-calling platform, helping translate diverse customer CRM fields into standardized platform data structures, define API integration approaches, and build the data foundations needed for operational reporting and strategy configuration. I also have experience with AI-assisted product building using ChatGPT and Cursor, including application and website demos, as well as a product workflow Skill for PRD drafting, PRD review, and prototype design.
