I have worked on a few projects in outlier, I have worked on both types of project the SFT(Supervised Fine Tuning) and RLHF(Reinforced Learning with Human Feedback). I have worked on projects where we were supposed to make prompts which were supposed to make the model fail and also make rubrics to evaluate the model output, apart from these I have also worked on projects where I was supposed to choose which one of the two models produced a better output, and give justification for that.
