As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you perform routine and specialized laboratory testing on patient specimens to support diagnosis and monitoring. You conduct analyses across hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, immunology, and urinalysis while following safety and quality standards. You operate and maintain automated laboratory analyzers, verify specimen integrity, and ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA-compliant reporting. • Perform specimen processing, labeling verification, and handling to ensure test validity • Run and interpret quality control testing and quality assurance data for laboratory reliability • Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated laboratory analyzers per protocol • Record, validate, and report results while assisting clinicians with timely diagnostic data
