I’ve done entry-level work in data labeling and AI training. My daily tasks involved reading user questions, looking at the AI's responses, and judging whether those responses were helpful, accurate, and safe. For example, I often compared two different answers to the same question and picked the better one. I also fixed responses that had wrong information or sounded inappropriate, following clear guidelines. On simpler tasks, I grouped sentences by topic, flagged harmful content, and checked if an answer actually made sense for the question asked. Even though I started with zero experience, I quickly got comfortable using annotation tools and following style guides. I paid close attention to details, hit daily quality and speed targets, and learned firsthand how human feedback helps make AI more useful and less harmful.
