Pizza Quality Scoring
Pain point: The pizza company that is my client is the largest pizza & fusion chain in Southeast Asia with over 40 locations in 5 countries. One of their operation challenges is with the quality of the pizzas (averaging 2,000 pizzas per location per day) that is how to keep the pizza quality reaching the level good enough to serve the customers. At the same time, from there, each location can draw out a training plan based on the top 5 training issues recognized from the pizzas. Solution: - Take a picture of each pizza coming out of the oven. - Detect pizza quality issues from each photo - Scoring if the pizza quality is good enough to serve the customers - Based on the pizza issues, extract training plans (for each location) based on top prioritized training curriculum.
