I hold a master's degree in Modelling, Data Analysis and Decision Support Systems, with specialization in Artificial Intelligence applied to Medical Imaging. I have experience in conducting dozens of projects, including in building annotated datasets, in medical imaging and other fields for developing deep learning models. I have theoretical knowledge and experience in all phases of developing machine/deep learning models.
An annotated dataset was built from positron emission tomography (PET) images of pulmonary nodules. A 3D convolutional neural network was developed and validated.
