## How OpenTrain AI works

    Employers create job postings with AI-powered autofill and configure screening requirements. AI trainers complete their profile, upload their resume, and set their skills and language capabilities.

  <Step title="Match and screen">
    OpenTrain AI's matching engine surfaces the most relevant candidates for each job. Candidates complete an AI-driven interview before submitting proposals, capturing structured answers for employer review.

  <Step title="Work and get paid">
